Mango puree is processed from sound ripe Mango Rosa variety mangos, which are peeled, de-seeded, and run through a screen. The product is then packed and frozen. Product is 100% natural, without preservatives or added sugar. This product is a single strength puree (fresh-frozen or pasteurized).
